Acceptable use
- No malware, phishing, fraud, or spam
- No illegal or harmful content
- No copyright, trademark, or patent infringement
- No botnets, hacking, or unauthorized scanning
- No abusive or deceptive activity
Resource usage and shared hosting
Accounts that consume excessive resources or affect service stability may be limited, suspended, or required to upgrade. Shared hosting must be used for website hosting, not as a general storage or file distribution platform.
Billing, renewals, and refunds
- Invoices are due on the date shown
- Services renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
- Hosting may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases
- Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL, setup fees, and similar items are non-refundable
Suspension and termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, unpaid invoices, security threats, or legal requirements. Suspension does not remove outstanding payment obligations.
Content ownership, liability, and disputes
Customers keep ownership of their content. Kabul Designs is not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or data loss beyond the limits stated in the policy.
Virginia law governs these terms, and disputes should be raised with support first.
